The European Shopping Centre Development Report provides an overview of shopping centre stock levels and development activity across Europe.
The report benchmarks European countries in terms of shopping centre space (sq.m), density (GLA/1,000 inhabitants) and the pipeline for the following 18 months. In addition to a comparison of European prime rental and yield levels, commentary also covers key shopping centres opened, schemes to be delivered, as well as an overview of the European retail investment market activity.
